ORDERS Buying from ZAO is a simple and secure process. The Customer must browse the collections, choose the product, and order its shipment. The online store offers clothing and accessories from the best international fashion brands. Thanks to ZAO's exclusive service and unmistakable style, shopping will become a unique experience. To browse the offerings, simply select a CATEGORY and discover the selection of products from leading Italian and international brands offered by ZAO. Each product is accompanied by a descriptive sheet with information on the model, price, composition, sizes, and colors.

 

By clicking ADD TO CART, the desired item is placed in a virtual shopping bag, allowing you to continue browsing other pages of the site while awaiting order confirmation. At any time, you can add new purchases or, using the REMOVE ITEM function, exclude those already selected. Clicking on the SHOPPING BAG link shows the prices of individual purchased items and the total amount of the order, which is still partial and unconfirmed. Thanks to the WISHLIST function, you can compile a list of favorite items while shopping, which will then be saved in a reserved space, with the possibility of reviewing them whenever you wish. Once you have made your choice, simply add the selected items directly to your cart.

 

With SEND ORDER, online shopping comes to an end. If you are already a ZAO customer, simply enter your email and password, and the system will automatically recognize you. If it is your first visit to the ZAO online store, you need to register on the site (by clicking on the REGISTRATION link) to enter the necessary data for purchase and shipping. Once registered, the system will store the information, and the Customer will be automatically recognized during subsequent visits.

Our commercial policy
1. ZAO offers products for sale on ZAO and conducts its e-commerce activities exclusively for its end-users who are "consumers."
2. When we refer to "consumer," we mean any natural person who acts on ZAO for purposes not attributable to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity, if any. If you are not a "consumer," we invite you to refrain from conducting commercial transactions on ZAO.
3. In consideration of its commercial policy, ZAO reserves the right not to process orders from parties other than the "consumer" or, in any case, orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
4. These General Terms of Sale exclusively govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of product purchase orders on ZAO between ZAO users.
5. The General Terms of Sale do not, however, govern the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than ZAO that are present on ZAO via links, banners, or other hyperlinks.
6. ZAO reserves the right to cancel and/or delete any order for any reason (unavailability, inventory error, defective items). Obviously, the cancellation is followed by a refund of the entire amount spent; this refund will be made using the same method used for the payment of the order.

Product Guarantees and Pricing
1. ZAO exclusively offers for sale luxury and premium quality branded products. These products are purchased directly from carefully selected retailers known for their rigorous quality controls. ZAO sources its products through existing collaborations with luxury boutiques located exclusively in Italy; thanks to established direct relationships (all authorized retailers).

Goods offered for sale on the ZAO website are not exclusively obtained from brand owners, but from authorized retailers. ZAO declares that it is not an authorized retailer or agent of the brands sold on the site. All trademarks mentioned on the site are registered trademarks of their respective owners, who hold the rights and ownership thereof. The mere mention of these trademarks on the site does not suggest or imply that their respective owners have any affiliation or agreement with the site itself. Most of the brands present on the website and referring to products for sale on ZAO are famous and well-known brands to the general public and to every ZAO user.

2. ZAO does not sell used, irregular, or inferior quality products compared to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on ZAO within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on ZAO may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
4. Product prices may be subject to updates. Please ensure you check the final selling price before submitting the relevant order form. The variation in selling price, whether an increase or decrease, is our unquestionable choice and may occur even a few seconds after you close the order.
5. ZAO, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that are missing their relevant tags or warranty seal, products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics, or that have been damaged.
6. As this is a catalog comparable by law to mail-order sales, ZAO reserves the right to cancel orders and/or purchase procedures in case of an error in the publication of prices or items for sale. In this case, the customer will, of course, be reimbursed for all expenses incurred.


 

SHIPPING

 

 

Shipping is free throughout Italy.

ZAO ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively via BRT express courier service. All goods shipped by ZAO are carefully packaged. Along with the shipped goods, ZAO will include the invoice (or send it via email if requested) in the package, detailing the prices of the purchased items.

 

FREE INSURANCE

ZAO covers all shipments with free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the moment of delivery of the goods.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All duly completed and paid orders will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from ZAO only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Tuesday.

 

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

ZAO offers its customers a traceable shipping service at all times, thanks to the service provided by BRT. The customer can request the tracking number provided by BRT the day after shipment, which will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time. Alternatively, they can always check the real-time delivery status in the "My Account" section of the website.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping applies to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping applies to non-EU or extra-Schengen countries, which are not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): shipment is tentatively expected within two/four days from the order, depending on the availability of our suppliers, with delivery within the subsequent three working days. EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is tentatively expected within three/five working days from shipment. Non-EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is tentatively expected within 5-7 working days from shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is tentatively expected up to 7-10 days from shipment with Express Service.

 

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Upon delivery of the goods, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the package appears tampered with or not intact, the customer can sign the delivery receipt with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local BRT office and to ZAO, by sending an email to our customer service. If the customer refuses delivery of the goods, all shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to ZAO will be deducted from the refund due to the customer. If, for any reason, the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to ZAO at the customer's expense. In this case, ZAO will deduct this amount from any refund due to the customer.
