General Conditions of Sale
Products purchased on ZAO are sold directly by ZAO , a company under Italian law, with registered office in Piazza Vanvitelli 9/B10600141211.
The offer and sale of products on the ZAO website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale may be updated periodically; those published on ZAO and accepted at the time of checkout are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before making a purchase.
Purchase methods
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with an image and essential characteristics, for example: color, size, unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on ZAO may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. ZAO is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or its malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and their relative price are those indicated on ZAO
If, at the time of order, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
ZAO may change the products offered for sale on ZAO and their relative price at any time and without notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
The shipping cost is indicated before payment.
Order
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registration and/or creation of a personal Customer account ("register for free"). Please read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully.
Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the website.
The purchase of products offered for sale on ZAO can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on ZAO is prohibited.
ZAO. reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of received orders.
ZAO will notify the customer by e-mail of any inability to accept received orders.
Order confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the ordered product, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.
Payment methods
ZAO. accepts the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer
Credit Cards (including prepaid cards, Postepay)
ZAO. accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.

The bank transfer receipt must be sent to ZAO – via e-mail – no later than 3 working days from the order acceptance date.
We will send the ordered items upon crediting of the due amount, which must occur within 7 working days from the order acceptance date.
The exact bank details for making the transfer will be provided via e-mail upon completion of the online order.
Send the bank transfer receipt via e-mail to ZAO specifying in the subject: “Bank transfer receipt-order”.
Any other payment methods may be accepted exclusively at the discretion of ZAO. For more information and/or clarifications, you can send an email to ZAO . Ordered products remain the property of ZAO until full payment of their relative price.
Shipping methods
Information on shipping methods is indicated at the time of purchase, is borne by the customer and is charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs
All purchases are delivered by BRT courier. Shipments are not made to PO boxes.
Shipping costs 10 euros, except for promotions, when applicable, indicated on the website that include free delivery.
Delivery areas
Products are delivered to the address requested by the Customer (no shipments are made to PO boxes).
