ZAO offers its Customers various payment methods:

Scalapay

Credit Card

Bank Transfer

Cash on Delivery (+€6.00 fee)

No other forms of payment are accepted.

The financial information of the Customer purchasing on the ZAO website (credit card number, credit card expiration date and other personal data) will be processed exclusively by Banca Sella, and never held or known by ZAO

 

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

The ZAO website accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners credit cards, using the most secure method available today, with the additional guarantee of Mastercard Securecode and Verified by VISA services.

 

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL

The Customer can pay for their purchase via their verified Paypal account, according to the methods provided by PayPal and known to every account holder.

 

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

The customer can choose to pay by bank transfer. The order request will be confirmed by an email sent by one of our Customer Service representatives, who will send you the bank details and information for the transfer. The goods will be set aside pending the arrival of the transfer to our account. The customer will be asked to send a copy of the payment by email within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY:

Payment will be increased by €6.00 for cash on delivery fees.
