Returns
You have 7 days from the receipt of the order to request a return to the store and 14 days to return the item.
The return shipment is organised by Zao, which handles the collection of the item: the cost of the service is €10, deducted from the order refund.
ZAO intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items. The return shipping costs of €10.00 are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the return refund. The return/replacement must necessarily take place under the Customer's responsibility within 21 days from delivery. During sales/promotions, the return period is reduced to 7 days from receipt and only if the returned items are intact and never used. For orders outside Italy, the return cost is borne by the customer, and the amount is the same as the initial shipping cost; return costs for orders outside the EU are to be evaluated.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To send one or more returns to ZAO, the Customer must respect precise conditions:
A) - All items sold on the ZAO website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment via a single-use security seal with the ZAO logo. The garment should be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the security seal. The return will only be accepted with the security seal perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with its thread or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole. Returns with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way.
C) - The items must be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and packed appropriately.
D) - All other labels on the garment, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
E) - The goods to be returned must be physically and solely delivered to the BRT Express Courier no later than 21 days from the delivery date.
F) - Customers who wish to exchange a size, colour, or item must initiate the return procedure and place a new order on the ZAO website.
G) - Returns of underwear and swimwear will not be accepted.
In the event of non-compliance with any of the above conditions, ZAO reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE
A) - To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@zaoshop.it within 21 days (within 7 days during sales/promotions) of receiving the goods. The email must specify the codes of the items to be returned. Once the return request is received, ZAO's customer service will contact the Customer to confirm acceptance of the return.
B - The return shipping cost will be borne by the Customer.
Ship the package to ZAO shipping office Piazza Vanvitelli 9/B. The shipment is at the Customer's risk: ZAO is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delivery delays. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or using the same method and type. Inside the package, the Customer must apply a label with the SENDER/RECIPIENT data to be placed as a seal to close the outermost packaging, guaranteeing the Customer himself and ZAO against any tampering with the return.
All returned items will be inspected by ZAO staff, who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. ZAO reserves the right to assess further charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of the returned items. These amounts will be determined after evaluating the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
REFUND
If the return procedure has been performed correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The due refund will be made by credit to a credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), PayPal credit (if the order was paid by PayPal), bank transfer, or Scalapay, less the €10.00 return shipping fee.
