The data controller processes users' personal data by adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of personal data. The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the data controller, in some cases, categories of persons involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal personnel, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to personal data, also appointed, if necessary, as data processors by the data controller. The updated list of data processors can always be requested from the data controller.
LOV SRL guarantees users that the processing of personal data will be reserved for uses strictly connected and related to the provision of its services, to facilitate the management of the site and the fulfillment of orders.
In case of credit card payment, the essential information for the execution of the transaction (credit/debit card number, expiry date, security code) will be sent to the body responsible for the processing or possibly to companies responsible for fraud control, via encrypted protocol, without third parties being able to access them in any way. This information will in any case never be viewed or stored by the seller (LOV SRL).
Personal data is processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, as provided for by art. 11, letter e) of the Privacy Code. LOV SRL adopts all the security measures provided for by the Privacy Code to protect the collected data, in order to prevent the risks of loss or theft of data, unauthorized access, illicit and incorrect uses. However, LOV SRL cannot guarantee its users that the measures adopted for the security of the site and the transmission of data and information on the site are able to limit or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or dispersion of data by devices pertaining to the user. For this reason, we suggest to users of the site to ensure that their computer is equipped with adequate software for the protection of data transmission over the network (for example, updated antivirus) and that their Internet Provider has adopted suitable measures for the security of data transmission over the network.
Users can exercise the rights provided for by art. 7 of the Privacy Code at any time, in order to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification. Pursuant to the same provision, the user may also request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing. Through the same address, the user can also request the updated list of all data processors appointed by the data controller.
The request for the information listed above can be renewed with a minimum interval of 90 days, with the exception of cases where there is a just cause: cancellation or modification of such data due to a violation of the law; cancellation of data that cannot be used for the reasons for which they were collected.
The data controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time by notifying users on this page. Please therefore consult this page often, taking as reference the date of last modification indicated at the end of the document. In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to this Privacy Policy, you can ask the data controller to delete your personal data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous Privacy Policy will continue to apply to personal data collected up to that time.
